Kate Di Prima | Little Tummy Tucker Dietician and Nutritionist
Kate Di Prima has 17 years’ experience as an accredited practising dietician and nutritionist and has been advising Little Tummy Tucker since 2005. Kate is the author of 2 recipe books including: More Peas Please: Solutions for Fussy Eater. Kate is also a regular columnist for several publications including Practical Parenting and the media spokesperson for Dieticians Association Queensland. Kate is dedicated to giving growing kids the nutritional balance they need to be happy and healthy!

Meg Parkinson | Little Tummy Tucker Child Behavioural Consultant
Meg is our behavioural specialist and has 15 years’ experience working in the education sector. She is the leader in the development of the education policy on bullying and holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) as well as a Masters of Education (Guidance and counselling). Meg is also a consultant and class facilitator for smart parenting and behavioural management programs. Meg really has an answer for everything child-related! How do I heat the food?
Our food can be heated in a gas or electric oven, a steam oven or microwave. If you don’t have a reliable heating method Little Tummy Tucker will provide one.
How much fridge space do I need?
As a guide, if children currently bring in their own food, you should have enough fridge space. We deliver daily so there is no need to store food.
How long is the shelf life of the food?
Little Tummy Tucker meals will last up to 10 days from the day they are delivered.
How often do you deliver?
Little Tummy Tucker delivers daily using refrigerated vans. And we bring your meals right into the kitchen and help you unpack.
How often do you change your menu?
Little Tummy Tucker has a 6 week rotational roster, so even the fussiest eaters are kept interested.
Do your meals comply with Australian Standards?
Our food preparation and planning is designed to exceed Australian standards. Our in-house nutritional expert creates menus that fulfill all the nutritional requirements of your child while in Child Care. And our meals are prepared in high specification HACCP-approved commercial kitchens under rigorous processes and control.
